One-time leader Jacqueline Maiden reduced the arrears to five points on current leader Evonne Taylor in the West Midlands Ladies Super League when she won 3-0 against Kath Jenkins, both players now having played thirty-three fixtures. Third placed Gemma Barrett had a 3-0 win over Sarah Maybury to leave her a further six points adrift of Maiden and eleven short of Taylor.
