Trina Gulliver MBE
It has been announced in HM The Queen’s Honours List that Warwickshire’s “Golden Girl” Trina Gulliver has been awarded the MBE for her services to darts and also for her charity work in line with the sport.
The International super star becomes the first ever female darts player to be recognised and honoured in this way, her amazing record fully justifying the award.
Trina has won the Women’s World Professional Championship no fewer than nine times and gained her nickname “The Golden Girl” after winning three gold medals in the World Cup in Durban in 1999. Since then she had added numerous National and International titles to her ever increasing list including five Winmau World Masters titles.
The world of darts stands up and congratulates you Trina on what has been an outstanding career, second to none, with I am sure many, many more titles still to come.
