West Midlands played hosts to Devon and suffered three defeats in their four games, with only the men’s ‘A’ winning 8-4, Nick Fullwell (29.77) man of the match. The ‘B’ side went down 9-3 after leading 3-0, Chris Stanley (28.90) took the match award. The two ladies teams both lost 4-2, the award winners were Sarah Robbins (21.17) for the ‘A’ team and Samantha Maiden (16.50) for the ‘B’.
The defeat has seen West Midlands drop down the table from second to fourth.
