In division one West Midlands played hosts to London and had a narrow 19-17 defeat, which ahs seen them drop to fifth in the table, but still only six points behind second placed Hampshire. The only winners of the weekend were the men’s ‘B’ who had an 8-4 success with their top man Ian Hartland (30.20). The ‘A’ side went down 7-5, another Ian, this time Jones taking the award with a 30.96 average.
For the ladies Sarah Robbins(16.48) was the sole winner in a 5-1 reversal for the ‘A’ team, while Claire Hobbs (16.34) took the ‘B’ teams award in a 3-3 draw.
