Warwickshire were able to finish their seasons on a high, as they 20-16 at Cheshire. Saturday’s games were Warwickshire’s downfall as Vicki Byrne (15.18) was the only winner for the ladies and the men ended on the wrong side of a 7-5 scoreline with Lee Harris (27.38) their top man. Sunday was a little better as the ladies won 4-2, the lady of the match award going almost without saying to Trina Gulliver (28.36), the men’s game finished all square at six each, a 31.98 average giving Scott Mitton the match trophy.
