A new league has been set up in our area namely the Coffin Club Double Top Individual League and it’s a league. The league has adopted the format of the Brook Meadow League the concept is a brainwave by Trevor Frost. The idea is that each week a knockout is staged to determine who plays in group’s ’A’ or ’B’. Then further knockouts are played for each group and points are awarded accordingly for how far each player progresses.

After the first two week’s Trevor Frost is in pole position with a maximum 20 points from his games, winning both of the ’A’ finals. Currently in second place with 14 points is Neil Parsonage who has finished as runner up and losing semi finalist in his ’A’ games.

Winners of the ’B’ knockouts so far are Paul Larden and Robbie Earl.
