Match eleven provided a huge shock in division two of the Four Oaks and District League when leaders Cross Keys travelled to take on lowly placed Oscott Social and returned on the wrong side of a massive 8-1 scoreline. P.Koyce emulated the luck of his team when he recorded no fewer than seven three figure scores, 100 break, 3×100, 135 and two maximums – and actually LOST. Oscott Social’s L.Shorthouse and Aston Social’s J.West also hit a 180.

As a result of their loss Cross Keys, despite being on level points with new leaders Anvil Nomads have dropped to second place as they have an inferior average.

Midland Red continue to dominate division one, a 6-3 win at Red Lion Flights maintaining their four points lead at the top of the table with a game in hand on second placed Boldmere Sports who had a narrow 5-4 home win against Old Oscott Arrows. L.Harris hit a maximum for the Red’s.
