Leaders of the Black Country Men’s Super League, Quarry Bank Liberal Club, were held to a close 3-2 win at home by Townsend ‘A’ but still have a three points lead on second placed Allen’s Bar ‘A’ after they won their home game against Northfield Darts Club 5-0. Third placed Soccer Zone ‘A’ lost ground as they went down 3-2 away to fifth placed Dudley Ex Serviceman’s Club leaving them on nineteen points, the Ex Serviceman’s Club on seventeen but with a game in hand on the four teams above them.
