Dog and Partridge kept their title hopes on track in the West Midlands Men’s Super League with a 4-1 home win over Gilbert’s Bar A’ taking their points tally to eighty-five from twenty-two games but they only have a narrow one point lead over second placed Gilbert’s Bar ‘B’ who went one better with a 5-0 success at home against Junction ‘B’. Kings Head ‘A’ are placed third and their 4-1 home win over Wednesbury British Legion leaves them five points off the top but six ahead of fourth in the table Dudley Ex Serviceman’s Club who had a close 3-2 home win over Landywood who are just four places off the foot of the table.
