Wins for the top three teams in the West Midlands Men’s Super League as leaders Staffordshire Knot increased their bid for the title by handing their visitors, bottom of the table Junction ‘B’ a 7-0 whitewash, Junction ‘B’ still seeking their first win after losing all of their opening eighteen games.. The win takes Staffordshire Knot’s points tally to seventy-five and gives them a three point’s lead on joint second Dog and Partridge and Kings Head who in turn won 4-1 against Hotshots and Cottage Spring. Surprise of the week was the defeat for third placed Dudley E Serviceman’s Club who went down 3-2 playing away against William Archer who are two places off the foot of the table with only six wins from their nineteen games, plus they are a huge thirty-two points behind their opponents.
