A close 3-2 home win over seventh placed Old Crown has taken leaders of the Black Country Men’s Super League, Allen’s Bar ‘A’ total points from eleven games to forty-three with a lead of six over second in the league Quarry Bank Liberal Club who won by the same 3-2 margin at home against High Acres. Third placed Dudley Ex Serviceman’s Club made it ten wins from ten games and remain the only team in the league with a 100% win record, they held on to their number three spot with, again a 3-2 win, their visiting opponents Townsend Social who are fifth in the league with thirty points. Soccer Zone ‘A’ are fourth, they took their number of points to thirty-three with a 5-2 local derby win over their Soccer Zone ‘B’ side.
