A close 3-2 defeat for Gemma Barrett by Debbie Davies as seen Barrett lose the number one spot in the West Midlands Ladies Super League and drop to second behind new leader Jacqueline Maiden who handed Tara Simmons-Fullwood a straight 3-0 defeat to give her a total of sixty-seven points from twenty-four games and a lead of one point plus a game in hand on Gemma Barrett. Third in the table Jackie Trott also had a 3-0 win in her game against Sarah Maybury to take her points tally to fifty-nine and she has only played twenty games.
