Shropshire v Pembrokeshire
This coming weekend Shropshire will play their fourth of nine fixtures in division four of the BDO Inter County Championships, a home tie against Pembrokeshire. Last season’s game on Pembrokeshire’s home turf finished with a 21-15 win for the hosts but this season Shropshire have had their best start since the 2015 – 2016 season when after the opening three games they had then also had one win, one draw and one defeat. Currently Shropshire are sixth in the table on 56 points while their opponents are some three places below them but just three points behind them.
A win would be a terrific boost for the home side and would consolidate their position their middle of the table position.
