Louis Burley continues to impress in the Winmau Centre Thursday Night Champions League as he added a 7-0 win over Baz Pearce to his score to give him a total points of 139 from 25 games and a lead of 21 over second placed Kevin Harris who has played 24 games.
With reigning champion Mick Baker not playing this week Robert Pierce has taken over from him in second place, his 7-0 success against Rhys Langford putting him four points ahead of Baker on 116, however Baker has only played 21 games and with four in hand on leader Burley and with a long way still to go anything can and probably will happen.
