Shropshire v Isle of Wight
A sudden change of fortunes and two consecutive 19-17 wins against Gloucestershire and Breconshire has completely transformed Shropshire’s season in division four of the BDO Inter County Champions lifting them from the relegation zone into a very respectable fifth place in the table with two fixtures still to play. The first of those two fixtures is this coming weekend when they will play at home against next to bottom of the table Isle of Wight. The game is Shropshire’s final home tie of the season and one that could take them to three wins in a row and possibly a little higher up the table. Their final game will be away to Middlesex who are currently one place and ten points above them.
