September will see Warwickshire begin their seventh season in the premier division of the BDO Inter County Championships, a very impressive record and their opening fixture should by now be no surprise to anyone as for the seventh successive season their curtain raiser will be against reigning champions Yorkshire but perhaps this could just be the season where they actuall beat the champions and get their season off to a flyer.
