It will not be an easy start to the season for the West Midlands in division one of the Riley’s BDO Inter County Championships as they play hosts to Hampshire, a team able to boast premier division status last season.

Despite being relegated Hampshire will undoubtedly be looking for a quick return to the top flight, but will not find their tie with West Midlands anything of a pushover, and with home advantage, who knows the hosts could get off to a winning start to give them just the boost they need to put their own promotion hopes on track.

Playing at the Gilberts Wine Bar, Willenhall, the teams will be made up of:

Men’s ‘A’:-

Ian Jones, Dougie Thompson, Jamie Hughes, Nick Fulwell, Mark Rollinson, Matthew Dicken, Dean Stewart, Peter Wyse, Neil Pointon, Martin Angell, Danny Coyle, Jake Jones,

Men’s ‘B’:-
