As the Four Oaks and District League reaches the midway point of the season, three teams remain undefeated, the three teams at the top of each of the three divisions. In division one Plough and Arrows made it eight consecutive victories when they travelled to the Fox Inn and left having secured a 9-0 win, giving them a total of 16 points, two more than second placed Sutton Sports.
Division two leaders Red Lion Flights had a convincing 7-2 home win over the Leopard, they also have a two point’s advantage over their nearest rivals Pint Pot Nomads, who won 6-3 away to Old Oscott WMC.
Two points is also the difference between the top two teams in division three, Drakes Drum leading the way on 14 points with Erdington Arrows on 12.
The only 180 of the week came from A.Kimberley (Deer’s Leap) in their 7-2 win against fellow division one team Sportsmans Rest.

On the fixture card for the Sheldon and District Winter league was the quarter finals of their League Cup. In the premier division games there were wins for Sheldon Dukes, Olton RBL, Saltley Amateur Gardeners and Old Bill and Bull had a walkover against Crown.
The division one ties saw three of the four games finish with a 6-3 scoreline, New Firs Flights, Forget-Me-Not and EBAHA in turn beating Holy Souls, Yardley Arms and Yardley Ex Colts, Pavilions progressed with a 7-2 win over Shard End Social.
Castle Vale Residents Association were top scorers in the division two games, a 7-2 victory over Ridgemere Social securing their last four place. Joining Castle Vale in the semi final draw will be Sheldon Social and Glebe Community Association. Custard House versus Scanlons was a late result.
Into the hat in division three are Shirley RBL Misfits, Centurion and George V.

In the Tamworth Sports Bar League, with the majority of teams having played eight games leaders Three Horse Shoes have an eight points lead over second in the table Sports Bar 180, who are on 60 points. The gap to third place is a further 13 points with St Johns Club on 47.
In the players league Trevor Barrs (Sports Bar 180) leads the way with an undefeated maximum 24 points. Three Horse Shoes Mark Tomlinson provides the only real threat to Barrs as he is just three points behind the leader, the remainder of the field are a further six points adrift.

In the Small Heath League the top two teams, Scanlons and Midland Darts Centre met on the formers board with the prospect of a very close but exciting match. It was exactly that with the hosts getting the narrow 5-4 verdict to give them a perfect total of 12 points from their opening six fixtures. As a result Midland Darts Centre have dropped to fourth in the table behind both Emerald Club and Mitre. Emerald chalked up a massive 8-1 home win over Cobs Bar, while Mitre had a 7-2 success at Redhill Tavern, all three teams are locked on 10 points with only average separating them.
