New Firs Flights lead the way in group three, a 5-3 home win against bottom team Scanlons keeping their 100% record intact and also their two points lead.
A top of group four clash between leaders Holy Souls and Ridgemere Social finished all square at 4-4, while in group five with top team Maggies having a bye, Farthings lost the chance of going top when the best they could achieve in their home tie with Yardley Arms was a 4-4 draw to remain one point off the top.
Three teams, Langley Hall Social, Greville Arms and Ivy Leaf ‘B’ are all on three points at the top of group six, but Langley have the advantage of a game in hand, and in group seven New Firs 5-3 home win over Dovecote makes it three wins in as many games and keeps them three points ahead of the rest of the field however the chasing pack of three have a game in hand.
