It was not a good trip north for the Warwickshire County Darts Organisation when in the premier division of the BDO Inter Counties Championships they travelled to take on Lancashire. The result was their biggest defeat of the season, a 22-14 reversal, with only the ladies ‘A’ winning. Clare Bywaters (25.29) was the ‘A’ side’s top lady in their 4-2 win, while Denise Burke (18.64) was not only the lady of the match for the ’B’ tram but also the solitary winner.
The men’s ’A’ suffered their first defeat of the campaign going down 8-4 with Tom Aldridge (28.83) taking the match award. Graham Flowers (27.31) collected the ’B’ award as they went down 7-5.
