Shropshire v Clwyd

Shropshire will be taking on Clwyd at their new home venue for this season The Royal, Delaware Avenue, Albrighton, Wolverhampton, WV7 3BW this coming weekend in what is the latest of their fixtures in division four of the BDO Inter County Championships.

Unfortunately after the opening two fixtures with two defeats Shropshire’s current position in the league is where they finished last season which is next to bottom of the table with Isle of Wight once again the only team below them.

Clwyd who narrowly missed out on promotion from division four last season ended their campaign in third place, they are currently in a mid table position and will not be an easy opponents, however Shropshire need a win and points to lift them away from the foot of the table and hopefully this will be the tie that sees them do just that.
