of the heat will go forward to the finals in St David’s Hall, Cardiff on August 30th – with the chance to carry off £5,000.
The competition is organised by Red Dragon Darts and a spokesman said Wolverhampton was chosen because of its excellent facilities, with a dedicated centre that has unequalled practice facilities and the space to host the event.
Wolverhampton Sports Arena manager Dharam Jagpal commented. “We are now the undisputed top darts venue in the Midlands, with the Winmau Darts Centre featuring leagues and competitions for most of the week. This year we have been selected for several top events, all attracting some of the world’s top players.”
